We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, however, we are happy to provide an exchange for any products that arrive damaged.
To exchange a damaged product, simply send us an email to email@example.com with a photo of the unused item within 7 days of receiving your product and we will send you a replacement immediately. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Because all our products are 100% natural products, we have limited control over the durability of each product. We are unaware of any previous trauma our products may have experienced during their natural life. For that reason, we do not provide refunds nor returns for any damaged products caused by daily use or cleaning.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, we will investigate with our courier and ship your order again free of charge.
